- Extension cords, power strips, surge protectors— Confiscated at port screening — bring a non-surge plug adapter instead.
- Irons, steamers, coffee makers, hot plates, kettles— Fire risk — ship laundry has irons; cabins have kettles in some categories.
- Candles, incense— Fire risk.
- Over-the-door hooks / organizers— Damage to doors — use magnets, most cabin doors are metal.
- Streaming sticks (Fire Stick, Apple TV, Roku)
- Alcohol in checked luggage— Carry-on only: max 2 wine bottles OR 6 beers per adult 21+.
